A rewilding relationship

A slice of our bookings contributes to Mossy Earth.

Founded by a close friend of Matt's, Mossy Earth operates by restoring wild habitats, supporting wildlife and biodiversity and helping to fight climate change. Rewilding is just one of their methodologies used to enhance natural diversity by restoring degraded ecosystems.

About Us

Our Founders

For us, this stretch of England’s South Coast is more than just a destination — it’s home.

Matt grew up here, having an early connection to the water. From surfing and kitesurfing to sea swimming, the coastline has always been central to his life. Today, he shares that same connection with his children along the shores and surrounding area.

Mollie’s background began in health and fitness, working as a fitness trainer before expanding into a more holistic approach to wellbeing through yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and contrast therapy.

Together, their paths found a natural meeting point and the idea was born for a beach sauna in Bracklesham Bay.

A space for coastal wellness, restoration, and connection.
A place to slow down and reconnect with nature.

    I booked the quiet session at 6pm so got to see a beautiful sunset. Felt amazing after my sauna and sea dips. It was a bit too hot (the wood/bench was too hot to touch) but maybe as it was the end of the day.

    We now go weekly and take advantage of their bundle packs, which offer great savings. The experience is head and shoulders above the competition, with incredible hospitality from the owners. And if you’re lucky, you might even get to meet their adorable puppy on your way out.

    Sauna location is stunning with a bay window facing the bay just by the beach. The wood fired sauna is very clean, with extras such as lemon water to stay hydrated and an outdoor cold shower. Owner Matt is really nice guy, and helped me launch and land my kite which was much appreciated, thanks Matt!

  • Super little sauna located right on Brackelsham Bay beach

    its brand new, nice inside and has everything you need. The booking was simple and easy and the gentleman that met me at the beginning of the session was very helpful. You can walk to the sea and there's also a cold shower.

  • Fabulous place.

    As a regular sauna-goer, I can't recommend this place highly enough. I go every week, winter and summer. It ranks in the luxury division. Some superb views, an outdoor cold shower, always clean and easy access to the beach and sea. A great service. There's a little changing area, which is untypical and really helpful on cold winter days.
