How long we keep information
Any personal information and data that we collect is stored securely only until it is no longer necessary for us to do so. In most instances this is up until and including the date of the sauna session that has been booked by the individual – however we must comply with our insurer’s policies to retain some essential information for a specified duration in case of relevant claims arising.
When discarded – all information is destroyed safely and securely with no risk of recovery by third parties.

· We will not share your information with third parties. The only exception to this is that personal information (eg, name, DOB) may be shared with emergency services in the event of an emergency on site involving the specified individual.
