OUR SAUNA SEATS 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM - This includes private bookings.

‘Walk-in’ bookings are possible, subject to availability however we highly recommend pre-booking online to avoid disappointment. No cash transactions can be made at the sauna – card/contactless payments only.

We offer both individual and group bookings with various different durations and time slots available to suit you.

Children

Minors are welcome between the ages of 5-16 but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and CAN ONLY USE THE SAUNA IN A PRIVATELY booked session . All children must have waivers signed by an accompanying adult prior to entering the sauna.

Gift Vouchers

Once vouchers are purchased you will receive an email confirmation containing a large image of the voucher amount paid for. The voucher emailed to you will display schedule, print or email thus providing you with three options to choose from.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled available.

• Cancellations made 3-7 days before your session can be rescheduled with the re-booking code granted to the value of your original booking.

• Cancellations 7 days or more before your session time will be refunded in full.
